Suitable for remote team discussions, customer presentations and project collaboration, it lets you host or join in your browser without creating a separate ServerPlus account. Actual connection quality still depends on your network and device.

Free meetings for 25 participants and 4 hours
Each meeting supports up to 25 participants for up to four hours from creation. Each Google account can host one active meeting at a time, suitable for small teams and discussions across locations.
Screen sharing and host controls
Share presentations or your screen. Hosts approve guests, appoint co-hosts and transfer hosting. Guests only need a meeting link and their name, with no account registration.
Meeting transcripts and AI notes
After the host enables transcription, participants may consent to capture their own speech. Captured audio is transcribed and summarized into key points, decisions and action items, with text records available to download.

Are meetings encrypted?
Yes. Web traffic and meeting signaling are encrypted using HTTPS/WSS (TLS); audio, video and screen sharing use WebRTC DTLS-SRTP. This is transport encryption, not end-to-end encryption (E2EE) enabled by default: media servers terminate transport encryption and re-encrypt media for forwarding. If transcription is enabled, audio captured with participant consent is sent to self-hosted Whisper for transcription, and the resulting text is sent to an external AI service for meeting notes.
How do I create or join an online meeting?
Hosts sign in with Google, choose a random or custom 8-digit meeting ID and select Start meeting. Guests enter the 8-digit ID or open the invitation link, provide their name and request host approval. Custom IDs cannot duplicate an active meeting. Once a meeting ends or expires, its number may be reused, but its original invitation link stops working.
Are there participant or time limits?
Each meeting allows up to 25 participants and lasts up to four hours from its start, ending automatically at the deadline. Each account may host only one active meeting. This free service has no availability SLA.
Can I use a computer or phone?
Use a desktop or mobile browser with WebRTC support and allow microphone or camera access. Features such as screen sharing vary by browser and operating system.
Does transcription automatically capture everyone?
No. The host must enable it and each participant must consent. It covers only consenting speakers in the main room while this page is open, excluding breakout rooms and shared-screen audio. Muting, background operation or disconnections may cause gaps. Transcripts and AI notes require human review.
Can I record meetings? How does local recording differ from cloud recording?
Local recording is available; cloud recording is not provided. After obtaining participant consent, hosts can use a recent desktop Chrome or Edge supporting meeting-area capture and file saving to save the meeting video area, meeting-tab audio and their unmuted microphone as a WebM file on their computer. Video is not uploaded to the server and excludes the outer controls and transcript panel. Local recording is not supported on phones and does not include breakout rooms. Stop recording and finish saving before closing the tab.
How long are meeting records kept?
Transcripts and AI notes are accessible only to approved members and are automatically removed 24 hours after the meeting expires. Download needed records before then. Guests must retain their original browser session. Local video files are managed by the person recording and are not affected by the server’s 24-hour deletion period.
What permissions does Google sign-in request?
Only your account identifier, name and email are used for sign-in. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive or Calendar. See the privacy and service terms for data handling details.
